For those of you who do not follow me on twitter, you must become aware of a simple yet magical invention called the Backnobber.

No, it is not an anal sex toy (though I suppose if a person was creative enough…) but rather a tool designed to let a person perform deep tissue back massages on themselves without much strain or effort. If you have any kind of chronic back/shoulder/neck muscle issues, you should try one of these things out. Within 5 minutes of using my newly purchased Backnobber, my excruciating shoulder tightness and pain was reduced by about half.
